Deliveries to the Titta Dolls online store are made within four business days to major cities, "FOR SMALL SETTLEMENTS" according to the corrier company schedule.
Some settlements (most villages and some cities) have a special delivery system by courier company ("NO DEADLINE") in disagreement with certain conditions.
Orders placed before 3 pm on a business day are usually processed and delivered to carriers on the same day.
Orders placed after 3 pm or on a day off are usually processed on the first following business day.
Titta Dolls is not responsible for delivery delays in cases where the consumer provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious delivery address or provided an incorrect phone number for the delivery of the ordered goods.
NOTE that shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the package. The weight of any item can be found on its details page.
To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole pound.
Titta Dolls advises, upon receipt, a careful inspection of the shipment for possible damage during transportation or damaged packaging. If you find any discrepancies.
Fill in the on-site claim form, which the carrier must provide.
Problems of this nature are very rare, but it is in our common interest to be careful.
The deadline to withdraw or exchange your purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

We remind you that, for exchanges and returns, the product to be exchanged must be sent in the original packaging, with all labels glued to the piece (outer label, paper and inner label, sewn on the piece), with no indication of use.
The products sent to us by default will pass through our analysis sector to assess and verify or not the manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, Titta Dolls will arrange to ship the same product to the customer's address; if there is a need to repair the product, the deadline for returning the repaired product is 15 days from the date of receipt of the product in our stock.
Titta Dolls is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect was caused by improper use, according to the evaluation of our analysis sector. We clarify that even if the order is placed within the seven consecutive days foreseen for the withdrawal from the purchase, Titta Dolls reserves the right to arrange for the repair of the product, under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code.
